Yadetsy Morales founded and runs Yadetsy Consulting. She has led the firm for 6 years, and she has 20+ years of professional experience behind that, including work as a paralegal. She has served 3,000+ clients and has completed 1,500+ business formations for English- and Spanish-speaking owners.
She is a tax preparer with an active IRS PTIN, an Authorized IRS e-file Provider and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She holds a master’s degree in business. You work with her directly, not a call center.

Why this exists
The paperwork is not hard. It is unforgiving. A wrong entity type, a mismatched name, a missed annual report or an unfiled return turns into a rejected filing, a tax problem or a lapse in good standing.
Yadetsy Consulting exists to make that list short: what to file, in what order, and what it costs. Then we do the filing.
How we work
- 100% virtual. Message us on WhatsApp, upload documents from your phone through a secure portal, and sign electronically.
- Your language. English or Spanish. If we use a term, we define it.
- Prices listed. You know the cost before you commit. State fees are paid at cost.
- Honest recommendations. If you do not need a service, or you need an attorney instead, we say so.
Where we work
Everywhere in the U.S., online. Most of our clients are in Pennsylvania, Florida and Puerto Rico. We work by WhatsApp, phone, video and email, wherever you are.
